CLASSES AVAILABLE
Since 2010
Bounce Fitness' outdoor Bootcamp has been shaping up the good people
of North Dublin.
Following on from our
hugely successful classes in 2014, we're back yet again for more
action this year.
In our sessions, we maintain the policy of having fun while getting
fit at the same time. There's no screaming and shouting, just proper
words of encouragement in a class where everyone is equal.
We make each class different, with a mixture of bodyweight
exercises, circuits, obstacle courses & kettlebells so you never get
bored and stay motivated throughout the course. And the banter goes
both ways!
Each class is suited to all fitness levels, from beginner to
advanced. You don't have to be fit to join our Bootcamps -
